You can try your first visit without an account. In the iPhone app, free sign-in with Apple or Google is required from the second visit and links your work to your account. The browser version saves work in the browser you use; keep that browser’s data to retain access.

AI writing has a fair-use allowance, counted in captures: one photograph with its spoken note, written up as a job line. Free writes about 75 captures every seven days (150 AI operations, two per capture). Pro writes about 2,000 captures every 30 days (4,000 operations), shared across every phone signed in to your account. The allowance limits the writing, never the recording: photographs and voice notes are always saved, and the job lines are written when the allowance renews or your plan changes. Free AI writing can also pause when SayScope’s daily free capacity is full.

One property, one walk. Every photograph, clip, voice note and defect line you record at that address belongs to the same visit, however long you are there and however many rooms you cover. Visits are free and there is no limit on them.

Nothing on the page. Same photographs, same job lines, same rooms and trades, same layout, and the same Made with SayScope line every report carries. The free weekly report covers up to 10 jobs; paying removes that cap and the weekly wait. You can always read the whole thing on screen for nothing.

You can keep capturing photos and reading completed reports on screen. Cloud AI has its own usage allowance. Sending one out is what waits, either for your next free one or for a plan. Reports you have already sent keep working for good.

No subscription is required. A free report covers up to 10 jobs. For a longer report, £19 buys one report outright with no subscription. The report credit never expires, and for 30 days from the purchase your AI writing allowance is Pro’s.

Yes, any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Every report you have already sent stays live at its link, in the form you sent it, whatever happens to the subscription afterwards.

Not yet. The free report is one a week per account, not per phone, so several people sharing one login share one free report rather than getting one each. Each person with their own account gets their own. Email support@sayscope.com if you need a team on one bill and we will sort it by hand.

No. A report is released once. Sharing its link again, downloading the PDF again or sending an updated version of the same report is free. Only a new report counts.
