SayScope turns a walkthrough of a property into a punch list. Take a photo, hold the button and say what is wrong, move on. At the end you have one document listing every item in that property.
How a walkthrough works
Type the address and start. Tap the shutter, then hold the big button and say what is wrong. Let go and you are back at the camera, ready for the next one. That is the whole loop.
If one photo does not show it, tap Add another photo and take as many as you need. They all belong to the same item. Tap Circle it to draw on a photo with your finger and show exactly what you mean.
Say the room name out loud once, like “in the main bathroom”, and everything after it is tagged to that room until you name a different one.
Capturing without a signal
Open the browser app online before your walkthrough. Photos, clips and voice notes save on the device while you are offline. Cloud AI transcription, drafting, uploads and sharing need an internet connection. The review screen shows captures waiting to be processed.
When something goes wrong
The camera will not start. In the browser version, allow camera and microphone access in your browser settings, then reload the page. In the iPhone app, enable Camera and Microphone for SayScope in Settings, then tap Retry.
A voice note did not record. The photos are still saved. Open the capture in Review and write the line yourself. If it keeps happening, tell us which iPhone you have and which iOS it is on.
A capture could not be read. It sorts to the top of the review screen with what you said next to it, so you can write the line yourself. Nothing is ever thrown away because the machine could not make sense of it.
The report is a draft until a person signs it
The lines are drafted from your photograph and your words, and they are a starting point, not an answer. Check every line before you send it. The report carries your name because you are the one standing behind it.
